Warriors kicked off the school year with a pep assembly. KMS and KHS students participated in games, chants, and cheering for the Warriors. All the fall sports teams and the KHS organizations were introduced. For the high school, the seniors were awarded the spirit stick for yelling the loudest during the Spirit chant. Classes will also get points for the number of people who dress for the theme. This week's theme was White Out.
Warriors Football have a bye this week, but will return on Sept. 18th @Nowata. Softball is playing at the Wyandotte Festival this week and will celebrate Sr night next week on Tuesday, September 15th before the game with OK Union.
StuCo, NHS, Aviation, FFA, FCCLA, Leos, FCA, Cheer, and Drumline are all busy with activities. Check the calendar for events.
