Members must maintain a 3.5 cumulative GPA and perform at least 15 hours of community service per year.
 
Officer candidates must be 11th graders at time of application to serve their senior year.
     
Members are selected by committee based on application information.
 
Officers are elected by majority vote of that year's membership.
